All our rooms accommodate a maximum of 1 or 2 guests.
Tourist tax: €0.88 per person per night.
We are closed for annual holidays until April 1st, 2026. Bookings remain open via our form.
Low season: from October 1st to May 31st. Minimum stay: 2 nights (3 nights on public holiday weekends*)
High season: from June 1st to September 30th. Minimum stay: 2 nights (3 nights on public holiday weekends*)
* Easter, May 1st, May 8th, Ascension, Pentecost, July 14th, August 15th and All Saints’ Day
Check-in between 4 pm and 7 pm – Check-out before 11 am.
La Bastide de Caseneuve is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
The swimming pool is reserved for guests and open from early May to late September (heated depending on weather).
Massages and relaxation sessions available upon reservation (48 hours in advance).
All rooms are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.

Booking conditions
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay.
Given the size of our guesthouse, any cancellation has a significant impact.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 30 days before your arrival date: 100% refund of the deposit
- Less than 30 days before your arrival date: no refund of the deposit
- Less than 7 days before your arrival date: full payment of your booking will be required. Any reduction of your stay will also result in full payment of the reservation.
Accepted credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Holiday vouchers are not accepted.
